Maxim Integrated Products, Inc. announced that the company has entered into collaboration with Intel Corp. to develop highly integrated power-management and multimedia solutions for Intel-based Mobile Internet Devices (MIDs). Grid Net announced key collaborations with GE Energy and Intel Corp. focused on providing Smart Grid solutions. Grid Net has been working with the companies to architect and produce open, Smart Grid products and services for utilities.
